ORDERING PRODUCTS
1. On the Dental Experts OÜ website it is possible to buy those products that have a “Add to cart” button.
2. To order suitable products, they must be added to the shopping cart.
3. Product price and availability are subject to change without notice.
3.1. The availability of the products can be checked from the "Availability" sub-box on the corresponding product page.
3.2. The price of the products is shown on the product page and in case of a discounted price, both the discounted and the regular price are reflected there.
4. The buyer can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the “Shopping cart” icon in the header of the website.
5. The quantities of products in the shopping cart can be changed by entering the number of desired products in the quantity box.
6. Products can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross next to the price in the same row as the product or by clicking the "Empty shopping cart?" Button below the shopping cart.
7. Before placing an order, you must select a suitable delivery method for the delivery of the package.
7.1. Delivery of the products in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) is free, except for the DPD courier service, and delivery from 50 € to Finland is free, except for the international maximum package, up to 20 kg.
7.2. The method of delivery and its fee are also reflected in the Buyer's shopping cart.
8. To start placing an order, click on the "Place order" button.
8.1. Being a registered user of the Dental Experts OÜ online store, you can log in to your account.
8.2. When ordering products for the first time, click the "New customer" button and enter the contact information.
9. To confirm the order, press the "Order and payment" button.
9.1. A prepayment invoice will then be issued, to be paid by credit card, bank transfer or bank link.
9.2. The order confirmation or prepayment invoice will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
9.3. Order history and invoices can be managed under the "My Account" icon.
10. Products will be posted by Dental Experts OÜ after payment of the invoice.
11. The buyer commits himself to the order and payment for it after pressing the "Order and pay" button.
12. The sales contract shall be deemed concluded as of the receipt of the advance payment to be paid to the current account of Dental Experts OÜ according to the confirmation of the order.
13. After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the advance invoice by the Buyer), Dental Experts OÜ completes the order and hands it over to Dental Experts OÜ's logistics partner for delivery.
14. Orders that have been submitted and for which a prepayment has been received on the current account of Dental Experts OÜ on working days before 13.00 will be received by the Buyer already on the next working day or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card.
